A Shopbop sale sooo surprising I just found out about it! I am going to snag some more z supply tops my favorite and I may have to get these JBrand 811 jeans while they are on sale in my size for only $129.
Archives for October 2018
Have you heard of Vici Collection? I somehow stumbled across this online boutique and literally went wild this spring buying outfits for Europe. I purchased this dress for our European wedding but ended up going with this dress instead.
So this beautiful floral maxi has been patiently waiting to be worn since April! I knew our Fall wedding in Helen, GA would be the perfect occasion. I prefer to wear long to weddings but sometimes in the South, it’s it’s too damn hot and humid. This dress, however, was so light and flowy I wasn’t hot at all!
This particular dress is not in Stock but they are always bringing things back so check here for the Veda Floral Maxi.
Happy Fri-YAY! Phish Fall tour is underway and the shows have been pretty epic so far. Except maybe Wednesday Nashville it was okay in comparison. But still GOOD phish. We are not doing any of fall tour and it committed totally heartbreaking after curveball being canceled we were 100% in but none of the dates really worked. I was hoping to swing next weekend in Vegas for the last 2 nights of the run but… it lead to us booking a totally spontaneous trip to the beach!
I had planned on us going to the beach this fall but when we committed to Curveball it didn’t seem feasible. So when Curveball was canceled it was even more… well all the bad emotions and bad words! But how did this happen? Well, we started looking at Vegas flights for Phish Halloween… then we started talking about somewhere warm this winter? Cabo? Palms Springs (Which was super cheap). I was googling away when Clay looked at me and said we can go to the beach week after next for less than 20,000 miles on Southwest. DONE!
We booked ASAP. We both felt so nervous but excited like we were doing something wrong being so spontaneous. SO not like me but I’m so freaking excited. It would have been Clay’s first year not going so I am so happy we got to squeeze this trip in. This time next week I’ll be on the beach!

A few weeks ago, I attended a health & home technology event where I was first introduced to Omron Healthcare. My first reaction on seeing the Omron Avail Wireless TENS was “Wait… don’t you have to go to a physical therapist or something to receive this kind of treatment?” As it turns out you don’t!
TENS is a form of electrotherapy used to treat chronic joint and muscular pain. As someone who has suffered from numerous sports injuries and chronic pain, I am no stranger to physical therapy (PT), painkillers, dry needling, chiropractors, massages, steroid shots and every treatment in between.
In my quest for pain relief, I have found a few treatments that work and a whole lot that didn’t. Until now I believed TENS was something I needed to see a specialist for so I am elated to be partnering with Omron to share this really incredible pain treatment with y’all.
The Big Blue Bear is a Denver landmark. If you walk by the convention center you can’t miss it. And if you are inside the convention center then you get to see the Big Blue Bear peaking in. The official name of the art installation is “I See What You Mean” by Lawrence Argent a late DU Professor.
These pictures were actually taken last Spring but the outfit totally works for Fall. I have a thing for all thing army green and these Super Slim LOGG Pants from H&M are a dream. I am actually looking at ordering a few more pairs for Fall. For only $19 these pants are a steal. They sit a little more high waisted but are the perfect thickness that gives it a nice stretch.
My October has been crazy! I took a last minute business trip to Oslo and on the way home had a stopover in Iceland! You can see a few pics on my Instagram but I have at least 1000 more to share. Iceland is BOMB.COM.
Audible Club: I just finished listening to The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck and I could honestly not say enough good things about this book. I think this should be required reading for everyone. Its all about how you, and only you are responsible for your actions. No one else. Seriously, go read it.

Where there is a fence, you will find a girl posing like she is in a country western music video. Seriously though, when you see a fence you think – I should sit and that and someone should take a cute photo of me. Bonus points if you already wearing boots and a cowboy hat. So that’s bonus points for me!
