I really can’t complain about the cold, because we are praying like crazy for snow in Colorado. But just because it snows in the mountains doesn’t mean it has to be fridge here. Now I know it hasn’t been like the east coast but we consistently dip into the teens here!
Last weekend I had the most amazing trip to Vail to partner with Hotel Talisa. I can’t wait to show yall all the pics! This weekend we are headed to Breckenridge with some close friends for Ullr Fest. Sartori Cheese, my fav cheese company, is sponsoring the trip so expect to see lots of #channingandthecheeseplate this weekend!
Resolutions Update – I have not had one diet coke since being back at work – Yay! Clay and I won’t start the Whole30 for a few more weeks due to traveling but we have already started making changes so it hopefully won’t be as hard. Decluttering – cleared out three drawers and tackling my closet next weekend!
Blockchain – So if you are not on the cryptocurrency train time to study up. My eldest brother has actually been into it for years and now its mainstream. While I know a little this week I took a deep dive after Kodak announced they would be creating their own cryptocurrency. Read/Watch more here. My big takeaway was how freaking cool Blockchain technology is. If you don’t understand read this article – all the way, the bottom gives you current and potential uses of this technology and its pretty mind boggling!!
