After living in Denver for two ski seasons, packing for a ski weekend is a breeze! After the slopes, you want to relax in comfy lounge clothes, but look cute for impromptu drinks too! For lounge wear I love my Hot Chillys because they keep me warm inside and outside the house. Paired with a long sweater and you have a cute outfit for a dinner or a few aprés ski drinks at the bar. To keep my toes warm I wear my Sorel or UGG boots.
I am a huge fan of everything Patagonia, I especially love my hooded down sweater jacket. It keeps me super warm but isn’t bulky because of its slim fit style. If you’re nervous about being cold on the slopes do yourself a favor and buy the Patagonia Capilene one piece. I have never had a base layer that keeps me so warm! I wear a moisture-wicking workout tank, onesie, a light jacket and my down Patagonia Rubicon ski jacket, I am beyond warm in the coldest of weather! Even with snow, negative temps and high winds my body is warm. My fingers & toes are on the other hand are never warm enough, but that’s true in most weather!
