What a weekend! P and I had a fabulous dinner at Portager in Cap Hill. This farm to table restaurant pairs wine to every menu item, and not just any glass of wine a full glass of wine! The menu changes monthly so go and try the Duck Confit Salad asap. The mix of temperatures and textures of the quinoa, tangerines, dried cherries, hazelnuts, roasted mushrooms are so different and delicious! We had two great ski days in Breck. I took some awesome falls, ate some snow and even had a “garage sale”, which is when you lose ____ when you wipeout, like your ski and/or pole. Traffic & weather was terrible Sunday night so drove back bright and early yesterday, hense the no Jam of The Week post – It will be up later this week!
