Valentines day gifts are always under so much pressure… yes, women love jewelry, but if you have already done that, it’s not that stage in the relationship yet or you’re just giving a friend a gift… give them something that they would not normally buy for themselves. Treat yourself! But not yourself, them!
For The Her
I will never by myself Eberjey PJs, I’m totally comfortable in an oversized t-shirt and shorts, but do I want an Ebrjey PJ Set? Yes, I very much do. Will I buy myself a fancy S’Well water bottle? Nope, but I do want one. Do I want cool succulents and terrariums? Totally! But am I not going to use my disposable income on plants! But you can! Clutches? What’s the point? Except you need them all the time! I love the GiGi python embossed clutch. Treating a tech nerd? Pretty cables and charges and this fancy iPhone pictures printer will win her heart. Of course, the standard perfume or candle are always a winner. My mom has always gotten me my signature scent, Prada Amber, for Valentines day so I’m all for the perfume gifts. And no one will ever say no to a nice set of stemless wine glasses, no one. Same goes for cheeseboards.
For the boys again, treat yourself, but them. Shaker and glasses for the bar, probably not high on their ‘to-buy list’ but they totally want them. Sweet speakers, yes please. How about a new dobb kit to replace that (gross) one from high school, kind of like treating yourself and them with that one. Leather Tie Case? Didn’t even know this was a thing but seems super useful and nice for the business traveler. Comfy slippers for around the house, sunglasses from J.Crew’s brand new line or Patagonia swim trunks are sure to please. Also, guys love cheeseboards too.
