As an avid traveler and rewards points aficionado, I feel it is my duty to tell you all my secrets. Earning miles is SO simple and easy that EVERYONE needs to do it. I started about 2 years ago and have taken multiple free trips! How else do you think I can afford to travel around the country to see my favorite bands? Duh.
Step 1. Sign up for miles programs on all the big airlines. Since I have lived all over the country I have flown a lot of different airlines. Depending on your home city you might always fly one airline so stick to that. For Example, from basically anywhere in the South you fly Delta. In Dallas, Southwest and American rule the air. Out West, Frontier is you best bet. US airways and United are everywhere, so I suggest you sign up with them as well.
Step 2. Most airlines let you redeem past flight’s miles within a certain time period. Each airline does this differently and with varying time periods of when you can redeem past miles – log in to your account to learn how.
Step 3. Check in tomorrow to see how to earn miles by eating at your favorite restaurants
Happy Friday everyone – you made it! Only 6 or so more hours of work then you are home free!
Out west I am looking forward to a weekend in the mountains with great friends and good weather. To help you enjoy this beautiful fall weekend is a little bluegrass.
Next week is Miles Week – I will be giving you all the tips and ticks you need to know to earn airline miles everyday and go on FREE TRIPS!
I have never, ever, felt the urge to whip something up in the kitchen… until Pinterest. I’m sure most of you feel the same way too. With all the delectable photos causing major hunger pangs, I decide to try some. So here are three easy Pinterest recipes I have made and they actually tasted good!
This Penne with Roasted Asparagus and Balsamic Butter was the first dish I tried. Reducing the balsamic was a little tricky, but totally worth it.
Tomatoes, Squash and Zucchini plus a little parmesan and voilà a delicious side dish. I have made this a few times this summer and it is so easy you can’t mess up! Even if you do everything backwards…
My favorite meal is breakfast, so I love these little treats from Martha Stewart. We mixed up the recipe by adding pesto.
